Tôi là người Việt Nam. Đa số người Việt Nam cũng như số đông người trên toàn thế giới rất tin tưởng vào các sản phẩm của Apple bởi chất lượng. Nên từ Samsung Tôi chuyển sang sử dụng hai sản phẩm của Apple là Iphone 5s ( trước đây Iphone 4) và Ipad mini.
Nay Ipad mini của tôi đã hư hỏng, nhân viên kỹ thuật của Apple tại Đà Nẵng - Việt Nam kiểm tra và xác nhận hỏng mani và máy đã hết thời gian bảo hành . Tôi được đề nghị tôi mang ra bên ngoài sửa. Máy Ipad mini bị hỏng Mani thì chi phí sữa chữa rất đắt đỏ như mua máy mới.
1- Ipad của tôi mua ngày 16/6/2014 đến ngày 19/7/2016 thì bị hỏng và chỉ được bảo hành trong 01 năm. ( Máy vẫn còn rất đẹp, buồn)
2- Ipad mini không bị rơi rớt hoặc nước và được sử dụng rất cẩn thận. và thời gian sử dụng máy không phải là quá nhiều.
3- Việc 01 sản phẩm của một thương hiệu lớn Apple chỉ có vòng đời 02 năm thì quá ngắn.

Vậy rất mong Apple nên có chế độ bảo hành những thiết bị quan trọng trong máy lâu hơn.

Now my iPad mini was damaged, Apple's technical staff in Danang - Vietnam inspection and confirmation broken mani and machine warranty period has expired. I was suggested that I bring to the outside repair. Mani Ipad mini broken machine, the repair cost is very expensive as buying a new machine.
