Tôi sẽ áp dụng các giai đoạn của Kolb's Experiential learning style cho kế hoạch học tập trong 3 năm tiếp theo.
Tôi là một sinh viên đang theo học ngành Marketing tại trường đại học FPT. Đối với bản thân mình, tôi đã áp dụng hầu hết các phương pháp học tập của mình thông qua nghiên cứu, học tập thông qua những người khác, và tham gia vào các diễn đàn. Tôi đã học được thông qua nghiên cứu trên internet để tìm kiếm những thông tin và kiến ​​thức tôi cần. Điểm mạnh của tôi khi theo phương pháp này là tôi có kỹ năng tốt trong việc sử dụng thành thạo internet để tìm kiếm thông tin từ các nguồn trực tuyến, bên cạnh đó tôi cũng có thể chọn lọc các thông tin cần thiết từ những cuốn sách và bài báo cho bản thân mình. Tuy nhiên, điểm yếu lớn nhất của tôi khi theo phương pháp này là tôi thường bị phân tâm bởi những thứ khác khi sử dụng internet. Tôi cũng học hỏi nhiều từ những người khác như từ các giáo viên của tôi, cha mẹ tôi, bạn bè của tôi và tham gia các diễn đàn. Điểm mạnh của tôi khi áp dụng phương pháp học tập này là tôi có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt vì vậy mà tôi có thể thực hiện một cuộc trò chuyện tốt để có được nhiều thông tin như tôi mong đợi. Tuy nhiên, điểm yếu lớn nhất của tôi khi theo phương pháp này là tôi không có trí nhớ tốt, tôi chỉ nhớ được trong thời gian ngắn, do đó tôi thường hay quên một số thông tin mà tôi nhận được sau cuộc trò chuyện. Do đó, tôi thuộc kiểu người lý thuyết.
Đầu tiên, tôi sẽ áp dụng giai đoạn Concrete Experience trong mô hình Kolb vào quá trình học tập. Thời gian này tôi sẽ nghiên cứu và tham khảo ý kiến ​​một tài liệu từ internet liên quan đến marketing và các vấn đề khác như: tiếp thị trực tuyến và những cách để quảng cáo thông qua mạng xã hội và email,... Thông qua một loạt tài liệu mà tôi tìm kiếm được, tôi có thể thu thập một số kinh nghiệm quý báu cũng như một số kiến thức cần thiết mà liên quan đến môn học của tôi.
Thứ hai, tôi sẽ áp dụng giai đoạn Theorist trong mô hình Honey and Mumford vào quá trình học tập. Tôi sẽ tham gia vào một số diễn đàn thuộc chuyên ngành marketing với mục đích trao đổi kinh nghiệm và học hỏi kiến ​​thức từ những người khác về marketing online. Thông qua đó, tôi có thể nắm bắt được những kiến ​​thức và kinh nghiệm mà tôi đã thu thập được, ngoài ra tôi có thể tích lũy một số kinh nghiệm mới trong tiếp thị trực tuyến từ những người đã thành công. Từ những kinh nghiệm tôi đã thu thập được và những kinh nghiệm mới từ diễn đàn này, tôi có thể khái quát một khái niệm mới của tiếp thị trực tuyến. Nó sẽ giúp tôi hiểu rõ hơn về những kinh nghiệm và kiến ​​thức liên quan đến tiếp thị trực tuyến, nhờ vậy tôi sẽ thực hiện tốt các công việc liên quan đến tiếp thị trực tuyến trong tương lai.
Cuối cùng, tôi sẽ áp dụng giai đoạn Reflector trong mô hình Honey and Mumford vào quá trình học tập. Tôi sẽ được thực tập 6 tháng tại các công ty trước khi tốt nghiệp. Ở đây, tôi có thể quan sát và học hỏi cách làm việc của nhân viên tiếp thị ở bộ phận marketing trong công ty. Qua đó, tôi sẽ rút ra một số kinh nghiệm có giá trị cho bản thân liên quan đến tiếp thị trực tuyến mà tôi đang theo học.

I will apply the stages of Kolb's Experiential learning style for study plan in the next three years. I'm a student studying Marketing at FPT University. As for myself, I have applied the most of his approach to learning through research, learning through others, and participate in the forums. I have learned through research on the internet in search of the information and knowledge I needed. My strengths when according to this method is that I have good skills in proficient use of the internet to search for information from online sources, besides I can also choose to filter the information needed from the books and articles for myself. However, my biggest weakness when according to this method is that I often get distracted by other things when using the internet. I also learn much from others such as from my teachers, my parents, my friends and join the forums. My strengths when applied this approach to learning is that I have good communication skills so that I can make a good conversation to get more info as I expect. However, my biggest weakness when according to this method is that I don't have a good memory, I just remember being in a short time, so I often forgot some information which I received after the conversation. So, I type in the theory.First, I will apply the Concrete stage Experience in the model Kolb on the learning process. This time I will research and consult a document from internet-related marketing and other issues such as: online marketing and how to advertise via email and social networking, ... Through a series of documents that I find, I can collect some valuable experience as well as some necessary knowledge that related to my subject.Second, I will apply the stage Theorist in Honey and Mumford in the learning process. I will participate in some Forum specialized in marketing with the aim to exchange experiences and learn from others about marketing online. Through that, I can grasp the knowledge and experience that I have collected, also I can accumulate some new experience in online marketing from those who have succeeded. From the experience I've gained and the new experience from this forum, I can generalize a new concept of online marketing. It will help me to better understand the experiences and knowledge related to online marketing, so I will perform well the work relating to online marketing in the future.Finally, I will apply the stage Reflector in the model Honey and Mumford in the learning process. I will be 6 months internship in the company prior to graduation. Here, I can observe and learn the way the marketing staff in the marketing department of the company. Through it, I will draw some valuable experience for yourself regarding online marketing which I am studying.

Through it, I can capture the knowledge and experience that I have gathered, in addition I can accumulate some new experience in online marketing from those who have succeeded. From the experience I have gathered and the new experiences from this forum, I can generalize a new concept of online marketing. It will help me to better understand the experiences and knowledge related to online marketing, so I will implement the work related to online marketing in the future.
Finally, I would Reflector application stage Honey and Mumford model in the learning process. I will practice at the company 6 months before graduation. Here, I could observe and learn from the way the marketing staff in the marketing department of the company. Through that, I will draw some valuable experience for themselves concerning online marketing that I am attending.
