TÓM TẮT
Đề tài “Phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến mức độ hài lòng của sinh viên về chất lượng dịch vụ đào tạo của trường Đại học Tây Đô”, thời gian thực hiện từ tháng 01/2015 đến tháng 07/2015. Kết quả nghiên cứu thu được kết quả sau:
Sự hài lòng của sinh viên đối với chất lượng dịch vụ đào tạo của trường Đại học Tây Đô chịu ảnh hưởng bởi 5 yếu tố: (1) Các chương trình phụ trợ của nhà trường; (2) Trình độ của giảng viên; (3) Phẩm chất của giảng viên; (4) Khả năng thực hiện cam kết; (5) Cơ sở vật chất của nhà trường. Mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đó được biểu diễn theo phương trình hồi quy sau:
Sự hài lòng của sinh viên = 0,169 (Chương trình phụ trợ) + 0,102 (Trình độ giảng viên) + 0,241 (Phẩm chất giảng viên) + 0,253 (Khả năng thực hiện cam kết ) + 0,279 (Cơ sở vật chất) + (-7,420E-017).
Thống kê mô tả kết quả khảo sát cho thấy sinh viên hài lòng chưa cao đối với chất lượng dịch vụ đào tạo tại trường (giá trị trung bình của các biến quan sát dao động từ 3,02 đến 3,94). Trong đó nhân tố cơ sở vật chất được sinh viên đánh giá cao hơn những nhân tố khác, nhân tố trình độ giảng viên được sinh viên đánh giá thấp nhất.
Kết quả nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy có sự khác biệt trong đánh giá sự hài lòng của sinh viên về khoa và khóa học nhưng không có sự khác biệt trong đánh giá sự hài lòng về giới tính và học lực của sinh viên.

The findings also show that there are differences in assessing the degree of hearts of faculty and students on the course but no difference in the assessment of sexual satisfaction and academic performance of students.
