Các biến đã đạt yêu cầu trong phân tích Cronbach alpha đều được sử dụng trong phân tích EFA. Chỉ số KMO (Kaiser – Meyer – Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy) được dùng để phân tích sự thích hợp của các phân tích nhân tố. Phân tích chỉ được sử dụng khi hệ số KMO có giá trị lớn hơn 0,5.
