Không thành công trong việc cung cấp sự trợ giúp kỹ thuật: Bên nhận có quyền nhận đền bù của Bên giao về bất cứ chi phí, phụ phí hay mất mát nào xảy ra cho Bên nhận do việc Bên giao không cung cấp sự trợ giúp kỹ thuật đúng thời gian hoặc đúng cách.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Not succeed in providing the technical help: receiving Party has the right to receive compensation of Party Affairs of any costs, charges or loss would occur for the receiving Party due to the Party Affairs does not provide technical assistance in the right time or the right way.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Failed in providing technical assistance: the transferee is entitled to receive compensation of the transferor for any costs, surcharges or loss occurring to the transferee by the transferor does not provide assistance technical on time or properly.
