4. Danh mục hồ sơ thiết kế bản vẽ thi công và biện pháp tổ chức thi công được duyệt:

5. Những sửa đổi trong quá trình thi công so với thiết kế đã được duyệt:

Những thay đổi này phù hợp với thực tế thi công tại hiện trường, đảm bảo yêu cầu thiết kế và không ảnh hưởng đến kết cấu, quy mô, công năng sử dụng của công trình.
6. Hệ thống kiểm tra, giám sát và các biện pháp bảo đảm chất lượng công trình của giám sát thi công xây dựng do Chủ đầu tư thuê:
Công tác quản lý chất lượng các hạng mục - Công trình thủy điện Xekaman 1 được thực hiện tuân thủ theo:
- Luật xây dựng số 16/2003/QH11 ngày 26 tháng 11 năm 2003 của Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam;
- Luật xây dựng số 50/2014/QH13 ngày 18 tháng 6 năm 2014 của Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam;
- Nghị định số 12/2009/NĐ-CP ngày 12/02/2009 của Chính phủ nước cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam về Quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình;
- Nghị định 15/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 06/02/2013, Nghị định số 46/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 12/5/2015 của Chính phủ về Quản lý chất lượng và bảo trì công trình xây dựng;
- Thông tư số 11/2005/TT-BXD ngày 14/07/2005 của Bộ xây dựng hướng dẫn kiểm tra và chứng nhận sự phù hợp về chất lượng công trình xây dựng;
- Thông tư số 12/2005/TT-BXD ngày 15/7/2005 của Bộ Xây dựng hướng dẫn một số nội dung về Quản lý chất lượng công trình xây dựng và điều kiện năng lực của tổ chức, cá nhân trong hoạt động xây dựng;
- Thông tư số 27/2009/TT-BXD ngày 31/7/2009 của Bộ Xây dựng hướng dẫn một số nội dung về Quản lý chất lượng công trình xây dựng;
- Thông tư số 10/2013/TT-BXD ngày 25/7/2013 của Bộ Xây dựng hướng dẫn một số nội dung về Quản lý chất lượng công trình xây dựng;
- Thông tư số 13/2013/TT-BXD ngày 15/8/2013 của Bộ xây dựng về Quy định thẩm tra, thẩm định và phê duyệt thiết kế xây dựng công trình;
- Các tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn, quy trình, quy phạm chuyên ngành của Việt Nam và các tiêu chuẩn của nước ngoài được phép áp dụng;
- Căn cứ Hồ sơ TKKT Tuyến áp lực được Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt tại quyết định số 06/QĐ-HĐQT ngày 03/3/2009;
- Căn cứ Hồ sơ TKKT Tuyến năng lượng được Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt tại quyết định số 06/QĐ-HĐQT ngày 03/3/2009;
- Căn cứ các Hồ sơ TKKT của các mục công trình đã được Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt;
- Hồ sơ thiết kế bản vẽ thi công các hạng mục đã được chủ đầu tư phê duyệt;
- Các hiệu chỉnh, sửa đổi bổ sung thiết kế đã được A, B và Tư vấn thiết kế thỏa thuận tại hiện trường trong suốt quá trình thi công (các biên bản xử lý kỹ thuật hiện trường giữa A, B và Tư vấn thiết kế);
- Quyết định số 26B/QĐ-CT-KT ngày 01/10/2010 của Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Điện Xekaman 1 về việc ban hành Quy trình nghiệm thu, thanh toán, quản lý chất lượng - Dự án thủy điện Xekaman 1;
- Quyết định số 122A/QĐ-CT-KT ngày 06/8/2013 của Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Điện Xekaman 1 về việc ban hành Quy trình nghiệm thu, thanh toán và quản lý chất lượng - Dự án thủy điện Xekaman 1;
- Các tiêu chuẩn sử dụng trong thi công và nghiệm thu (Xem phụ lục số 01 kèm theo).
Công tác Tư vấn giám sát của Tư vấn giám sát:
Tổ chức bộ máy quản lý chất lượng gồm Ban tư vấn giám sát Xekaman 1 - Công ty cổ phần TVXD Điện 3 có nhiệm vụ:
- Tổ chức giám sát liên tục toàn bộ các công việc thi công xây lắp các hạng mục công trình thuộc Dự án thủy điện Xekaman 1;
- Tổ chức thực hiện công tác giám sát thi công xây lắp theo đúng Hồ sơ thiết kế được các cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt, tuân thủ các Quy trình, Quy phạm thi công và nghiệm thu hiện hành, tuân thủ Nghị định 15/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 06/02/2013, Nghị định số 46/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 12/5/2015 của Chính phủ về quản lý chất lượng và bảo trì công trình xây dựng; các quy định của Chủ đầu tư;
- Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan (Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn thiết kế, Đơn vị thi công; Đơn vị thí nghiệm) để xử lý kịp thời các vướng mắc phát sinh trong quá trình thi công.
