Điều 16: Thanh quyết toán hợp đồng.
16.1 Không phụ thuộc vào Điều 16.2 dưới đây, Bên A phải thanh toán đầy đủ và đúng hạn theo Điều 6 Hợp đồng này.
Điều 17: Thanh lý hợp đồng.
17.1 Hợp đồng được thanh lý trong trường hợp:
a) Các bên hoàn thành các nghĩa vụ theo hợp đồng;
b) Hợp đồng bị chấm dứt theo qui định của pháp luật.
17.2 Việc thanh lý hợp đồng phải được hoàn tất trong thời hạn 45 (bốn mươi lăm) ngày, kể từ ngày các Bên tham gia hợp đồng hoàn thành các nghĩa vụ theo hợp đồng hoặc hợp đồng bị chấm dứt theo qui định của pháp luật.
