3.1.9 Khi bên A khi có nhu cầu cần

3.1.9 Khi bên A khi có nhu cầu cần giảm nhân viên và kết thúc từng đợt làm việc. Bên A phải báo trước cho bên B ít nhất 05 ngày làm việc và đối với trường hợp đột xuất ngoài kế hoạch thời gian báo trước tối thiểu là 03 ngày. Nếu bên A báo sau 03 ngày thì bên A sẽ phải thanh toán tiền lương cho số lượng nhân viên làm việc như đã yêu cầu giảm.
