Về việc vận động hành lang và báo cáo sơ bộ với các lãnh đạo chính phủ, bộ ngành có liên quan việc giao cho Vinalog độc quyền thực hiện dự án soi chiếu container đã hoàn chỉnh. Vinalog đã được nhất trí cho phép độc quyền thực hiện dự án này theo hình thức PPP (đối tác công tư) nhằm hiện đại hoá ngành hải quan, chống buôn lậu, gian lận thương mại, và đáp ứng các yêu cầu quốc tế phù hợp với nhu cầu phát triển.

About lobbying and the preliminary report to the Government, the relevant ministries assigned exclusive Vinalog implementing container screening project was complete. Vinalog has been agreed allowing exclusive implementing this project in the form of PPP (public private partnership) aimed at modernizing customs, anti-smuggling, commercial fraud, and to meet the international requirements in accordance with development needs.
