Technical Proposal

I. Brief Introduction

Horizontal type H-beam assembly&welding production line is researched and developed by ourselves combined with the advance technology of similar products home and abroad. It is specially used for the light duty type H-beam welding.
According to the H-beam height, our horizontal type H-beam production line can be divided into 1.2m and 1.5m standards. Below are the detailed description of 1.5m line and the whole line includes

the following equipments:
Front End Assembly Machine 1set
 Front Welding Machine 1set
180 degree Chain type Overturning Machine 1set
 Back Welding Machine 1set
 Transporting Conveyor 1set

The whole line is about 75m. The configuration also can be adjusted according to the customer’s production scale and workshop conditions.

II. Work Flows

Refer to the following drawing 1 which indicates the work flows. Firstly, CNC cutting machine cuts the material as per the required web and flange. Put the flanges on the feeding conveyor by means of crane, and then erect it through the flange erection device designed on conveyor and adsorb the flange through magnetic rollers to keep the flange erected on conveyor; Put the web plate which will be lifted by web lift roller via the side press rack and web clamping device of assembly unit. Adjust the web position by measuring and then tack welding the web and flange firmly. Start the conveyor and feed the work-piece into the front welding machine, and then adjust the height of welding machine mainframe according to the work-piece sizes and make the lower guiding rollers hold out against web, and then clamp the side clamping roller and upper clamping roller in sequence; and then put down welding gun and lay the flux and start the welding processes. After welding done, send the work-piece to 180 degree chain type overturning machine by conveyor and overturn 180 degree. And then send it to back welding machine and weld another two welding seams with the same technologies as the front welding machine. The whole line integrates the assembly and welding processes, which has smooth and reasonable work flows, less or no use of overhead crane during production and convenient operation and reliable and safe control system. It is the ideal H-beam production equipment.
