Điều 15: Kết thúc, sửa đổi, thanh lý hợp đồng

15.1 Kết thúc hợp đồng:
Hợp đồng này chấm dứt trong các trường hợp sau:
- Hết thời hạn Hợp đồng mà các Bên không tiếp tục gia hạn.
- Theo thỏa thuận chấm dứt bằng văn bản do đại diện có thẩm quyền của các Bên ký kết.
- Một hoặc các Bên đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng. Trong mọi trường hợp đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng, Bên đơn phương chấm dứt gửi thông báo bằng văn bản nêu rõ lý do chấm dứt và thời điểm nhận thông báo chấm dứt hợp đồng là thời điểm chấm dứt Hợp đồng.

15.2 Sửa đổi hợp đồng:

Trong suốt thơi gian thực hiện của Hợp đồng, việc sửa đổi, bổ sung Hợp đồng sẽ chỉ có hiệu lực khi được thể hiện bằng văn bản và được các Bên ký kết;

15.3 Thanh lý hợp đồng:
