Nằm trong khuôn khổ của chƣơng trình đào tạo - “Đào tạo xen kẽ” của trƣờng Đại học
Hoa Sen, thực tập tốt nghiệp là một chƣơng trình đào tạo rất thực tế kế hợp giữa học lý thuyết
tại nhà trƣờng và tiếp xúc tại môi trƣờng doanh nghiệp, tạo điều kiện cho sinh viên đƣợc làm
quen với môi trƣờng doanh nghiệp cũng nhƣ tiếp xúc với các hoạt động thực tế của công ty
thực tập. Chính vì vây, với mô hình này, trong nhiều năm qua, với sự nỗ lực của tập thể giảng
viên và nhân viên, sinh viên tốt nghiệp của trƣờng luôn đáp ứng đƣợc yêu cầu của xã hội, đảm
bảo nguồn nhân lực có chất lƣợng trong nhiều ngành nghề. Từ những kết quả khả quan mang
lại của việc thực tập, tôi cũng đồng hành cùng nhà trƣờng vạch ra một số mục tiêu cụ thể và
những mục tiêu cho bản thân mình trong đợt thực tập này, từ 12/09/2012 đến 23/12/2012:
