1. Trong trường hợp do giá cả thị trường biến động hoặc do bất kỳ nguyên nhân nào tác động làm giá trị tài sản bảo đảm có nguy cơ giảm sút thì hai bên phải tiến hành định giá lại. Nếu hai bên không thống nhất, Bên A có quyền thuê chuyên gia của các cơ quan chuyên môn định giá. Sau khi định giá, nếu giá trị tài sản bảo đảm bị giảm sút, Bên A có quyền yêu cầu Bên B giảm dư nợ tín dụng tương ứng và (hoặc) Bên B thế chấp bổ sung bằng tài sản khác có giá trị tương đương với giá trị tài sản bảo đảm đã bị giảm sút và (hoặc) thực hiện các biện pháp bảo đảm khác
