ĐIỀU 6 : PHƯƠNG THỨC VÀ THỜI GIAN THANH TOÁN
- Đồng tiền thanh toán : Tiền đồng Việt Nam.
- Phương thức thanh toán : Phương thức thanh quyết toán được thực hiện bằng chuyển khoản qua ngân hàng, được chia thành các đợt như sau:
Các Đợt thanh toán: Cứ mỗi lần bên B hoàn tất việc tháo dỡ cho 02 (hai) tầng, hai bên tiến hành xác nhận khối lượng đã tháo dỡ. Bên A thanh toán 100% giá trị của đợt thanh toán cho bên B trong thời hạn 07(bảy) ngày sau khi nhận được hồ sơ thanh toán của bên B.
Đợt cuối : Sau khi bên B hoàn tất toàn bộ khối lượng tháo dỡ, hai bên tiến hành xác nhận khối lượng để quyết toán. Bên A thanh toán 100% giá trị của đợt cuối cho bên B trong thời hạn 07(bảy) ngày sau khi nhận được hồ sơ thanh toán của bên B.
Hồ sơ thanh toán gồm:
+ Bảng xác nhận khối lượng đã thi công tháo dỡ.
+ Giấy đề nghị thanh toán.
+ Hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng.
