Theo như trung tâm đăng kiểm trả lời rằng theo quy định của bộ tài chính thì phí này chỉ cung cấp Biên lai thu Phí và được áp dụng cho cả nước và không được xuất hóa đơn đỏ. Rất mong phòng kế toán hướng dẫn để có thể thực hiện thanh toán chi phí này.
