Nếu tỷ lệ lỗi của hàng hóa thay thế

Nếu tỷ lệ lỗi của hàng hóa thay thế vẫn vượt quá tỷ lệ lỗi cam kết như quy định cụ thể ở trên, Bên Mua có quyền trả lại hàng hóa cho Bên Bán và huỷ Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the error rate of the replacement goods still exceed the rate of error commitments as specified above, the buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller and/or the contract and canceling orders.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the error rate of commodity substitution error rate has exceeded commitments as specified above, the Purchaser has the right to return the goods to the Seller and to cancel the contract and / or order.
