Đã hoàn thành chi trả tiền bồi thường cho 43 hộ theo quyết định phê duyệt. Phương án bồi thường cho 43 hộ của phần vốn bổ sung được lập theo đơn giá do tỉnh Cao Bằng ban hành, mặc dù Tiểu dự án đã có giá thay thế. Nguyên nhân là do thời điểm thực hiện bồi thường giá thay thế đã bị lỗi thời (thấp hơn giá do UBND tỉnh Cao Bằng ban hành), chính vì vậy việc áp dụng đơn giá bồi thường của UBND tỉnh sẽ đảm bảo quyền lợi cao hơn cho các hộ BAH. Tuy nhiên, các chính sách bồi thường theo quy định trong Giá thay thế vẫn được áp dụng, cụ thể các hỗ trợ đối với hộ bị ảnh hưởng nặng và nhóm hộ dễ bị tổn thương (3 triệu đồng/hộ) vẫn thực hiện theo Giá thay thế
