1.2.3. Tiên lượng chấn thương sọ não dựa vào thang điểm glasgow
Dựa vào thang điểm Glasgow (GCS)[76], có thể chia bệnh nhân CTSN làm 3 nhóm:
Nặng: từ 3 – 8 điểm
Vừa: từ 9 – 12 điểm
Nhẹ: 13 – 15 điểm
