5.5.Qui trình bảo hành thiết bị
- Trong thời hạn bảo hành, khi nhận được thông báo của khách hàng về sự cố thiết bị, công ty sẽ cử ngay cán bộ kỹ thuật đến để kiểm tra và xác định hỏng hóc. Nếu sự cố hỏng hóc không phải thay thế linh kiện, vật tư, nhà thầu sẽ có trách nhiệm cử cán bộ kỹ thuật đến hiện trường khắc phục sự cố trong vòng 24 giờ.
