3. Thông báo của Bên A gửi cho Bên

3. Thông báo của Bên A gửi cho Bên B được xem là đã nhận nếu:
a) Bằng thư: từ thời điểm Bưu Điện hòan thành việc gửi thư;
b) Bằng điện thoại: từ thời điểm thông báo;
c) Bằng Email: từ thời điểm hòan thành việc gửi email;
d) Bằng Fax: từ thời điểm hòan thành việc gửi Fax. Quy định này không áp dụng đối với các chứng từ bản Fax theo quy định của hợp đồng này.
e) Gửi trực tiếp: từ thời điểm Bên B hoặc bất kỳ cá nhân nào, (người thân, nhân viên,....) nhận thông báo tại địa chỉ của Bên B nêu tại Hợp đồng này.
f) Trường hợp Bên A thông báo trên website: www.vietbank.com.vn hoặc niêm yết thông báo tại Quầy giao dịch, Bên B được xem là đã nhận kể từ thời điểm Bên A hòan tất việc đăng thông tin trên website: www.vietbank.com.vn hoặc Bên A hoàn tất việc niêm yết thông tin tại các Quầy giao dịch.

3. Notification of Party A to Party B is sent deemed received if:
a) By mail: Mail from time completed the mailing;
b) By phone: from the time of notification;
c) By Email : from the time of completion of the email;
d) By Fax: from the time of sending the fax completed. This provision does not apply to fax documents stipulated by the contract.
e) Submit directly: from the time of Party B or any individual, (relatives, employees, .... ) received notification of Party B at the address specified in this Agreement.
f) If Party A notice on the website: www.vietbank.com.vn or listing transaction notified in desk, Party B is considered to have received from the time Party A completes the information posted on the website: www.vietbank.com.vn or Party A complete listing of information in the trading desk.
