Các điều cần biết khi thiết kế các chi tiết khuôn cho hot runner
Sử dụng tấm Cavity plate cho vòi phun dài hơn để gia tăng độ cứng và độ bền cho khuôn. Thiết kế kênh dẫn nguội ở giữa tấm khuôn xung quanh các vòi phun Nozzle.
Sử dụng tấm kẹp (Back plate) dày tối thiểu 50mm.
Sử dụng thiết bị kẹp phù hợp giữa tấm Back plate và tấm khuôn giữ vòi khuôn (Nozzle cavity plate) đảm bảo bịt kín giữa Manifold và Nozzle, theo MASTIP.
Sử dụng 1 tấm cách nhiệt (Insulation board) phía trên tấm Back Plate.
Sử dụng các tấm insert cổng làm nguội với kênh nguội bao quanh tấm insert. Chọn những Manifold tiêu chuẩn với kích thước phù hợp và sự chọn lựa 1 cách chi tiết từ catalogue.
