The theme "Analysis of factors affecting job satisfaction of employees Treasury Soc Trang province" was conducted from November 2014 to May 2015. The
study was conducted on a sample basis convenient, with 79 votes valid survey collected throughout the province of Soc Trang. The method used in subjects including descriptive statistical method, inspection method Cronbach Alpha reliability, factor analysis method to discover (EFA), the method of multivariate regression analysis.
Results explore factor analysis (EFA) identified 05 components affecting job satisfaction of employees KBNN Soc Trang province including superior Relations (QHCT), job characteristics ( TCCV), Income (TN), working conditions (DKLV) and colleagues (SE) is measured by 27 variables observed and a chronic component cantering work The general is measured by 03 variables observed.
Based on the regression coefficient is not normalized, converted to percentage, through this coefficient can locate the influence of the independent variables with contributions as follows: 35.25% Variable contribution QHCT , 25.41% variable contribution TCCV, TN variable contributions 18:03%, 13:11% variable contribution DKLV, contributed 8.2% variable SE. Thereby propose solutions and promote the strengths, weaknesses limit performance of the sector in the state treasury in Soc Trang.
