This is a personal opinion, I do not feel any pride or any significant, but only from the bottom of my heart feeling that His Holiness was very compassionate and gave me greater spiritual responsibility in this life. He was grateful for the opportunity to practice the spiritual form of responsibility and the opportunity to guide others towards happiness and teachings, allow me to contribute to maintain and increase deposit holds spiritual heritage of Lineage towards future generations.
"Not that we are bless others through volunteer work."
I want to share my reflections so that you can understand somewhat feeling well like how I recognize their responsibilities in this life.
I also believe that, as a volunteer, then their attitude is very important. We must not think that you are gifted to others: 'I'm helping Holiness. I'm helping the lineage and I'm helping this teacher, another teacher '. This employment growth and the ego is the 'me' is not conducive to the spirit of volunteers. Selfish ego will lead to deviant thoughts like: "I'm helping Rinpoche / Lineage / project and without any of his gratitude for the efforts of my great. I worked very hard and ideas / My job is not appreciated. ' Conscious of the glory of the 'help' will make you unable to make long-term volunteers. In the absence of the presence of devotion and true motive of compassion selfless, you can not go far on the itinerary serve others. You will only do volunteers get a time and will find yourself tired, angry, depressed, resentment and eventually you'll quit. With such an attitude, it will not have much positive transformation within us.
