- Chế tạo, cung cấp và thay thế bán

- Chế tạo, cung cấp và thay thế bánh xe công tác đảm bảo các yêu kỹ thuật như quy định tại điều 1 của hợp đồng.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục cho bên A đến kiểm tra giám sát quá trình chế tạo và thử nghiệm tại xưởng khi bên A có yêu cầu.
- Tuân thủ các nội quy, quy định của bên A và tự chịu trách nhiệm về an toàn cho người và thiết bị của bên B trong quá trình thi công.
- Thực hiện trách nhiệm bảo hành theo qui định tại điều 44-ĐKC của hợp đồng này.
- Cam kết thực hiện đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm được nêu trong điều kiện chung và điều kiện cụ thể của hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Manufacturing, supply and replace the impeller to ensure technical requirements as defined in article 1 of the agreement.-Implementing procedures for party A to check the monitoring process built and tested at the factory when A party has requested.-Compliance with the rules and regulations of party A and take responsibility for the safety of equipment and party B during the execution.-Perform the warranty liability as defined in article 44-DKC of this contract.-Commitment to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities stated in the general terms and conditions of this agreement.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Manufacturing, supply and replacement of impeller ensure technical requirements as defined in Article 1 of the contract.
- Implementing procedures for party A to the monitoring process and test manufacturing A workshop at the parties so request.
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the party A and solely responsible for the safety of people and equipment party B in the course of construction.
- Perform warranty as stipulated in Article 44 of this contract-DKC.
- Commit to fully implement the obligations and responsibilities set forth in the general conditions and specific conditions of this contract.
