Tôi hy vọng họ sẽ có kiến thức và biết được những gì mà họ đang dạy cho học sinh. Điều này phải là tất nhiên vì họ là người đã có kinh nghiệm và được đào tạo trong lĩnh vực này. Vì vậy họ phải được yêu cầu phải truyền đạt những thứ có ích cho học sinh. Nếu người faculty đó không hiểu rõ về những bài giảng, họ sẽ làm cho học sinh bối rối. Học sinh sẽ lại nghĩ rằng lỗi là do bản thân họ không thông minh để học môn này, chứ họ sẽ không bao giờ nghĩ rằng chính người dạy họ lại không dạy họ một cách đúng đắn.
