 Trường hợp có sự cố liên quan đến lỗi phần mềm bên A phải thông báo sự cố ngay cho bên B. Bên B có trách nhiệm khắc phục sự cố trong vòng 24 giờ đối với các sự cố nhỏ và 48 giờ đối với các sự cố nghiêm trọng.

 the event of an incident involving A party software errors are reported the incident immediately to the B B responsible party to correct the problem within 24 hours for the small incidents and 48 hours for serious incidents.

 In case of incidents involving party A software error must notify the incident immediately to the B. Party B shall fix the problem within 24 hours to the small incidents and 48 hours for the serious problems.
