- Thiết lập chương trình hoạt động cho tổ chức đảm bảo chất lượng và kiểm soát
chất lượng của dự án.
- Nhằm đảm bảo cho tổ chức này hoàn thành dự án theo các Yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư,
Tiêu chí kỹ thuật của dự án và tuân thủ luật pháp.
Nhằm đảm bảo cho dự án này hoàn thành theo các mục tiêu cụ thể của BCH công trình đề ra như sau:
- Hoàn thành đúng tiến độ đã lập ra.
- Tuân thủ các cam kết An toàn lao động, không để xảy ra tai nạn lao động, đảm bảo 100% công nhân tham gia thi công sẽ được tập huấn an toàn lao động.
- Nhóm quản lý chất lượng của dự án sẽ hoạt động và phối hợp với các Bên có liên quan để hiệu chỉnh và hoàn thiện hệ thống.
- Để hoàn thành mục tiêu này, Công trình sẽ được thực hiện theo các tài liệu và các yêu cầu sau:
 Nhà thầu sẽ phải thỏa hiệp với Chủ đầu tư hoặc Quản Lý Thi Công về các tài liệu tham chiếu, quy trình thi công và các kênh thông tin.
 Bản Quy Định Kỹ Thuật Và Các Bản Vẽ Của Công Trình.
 Các tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
