In this report, we have used three Se-ODE precursors at the temperature 160 oC, the oC, 180 and 240 ºc to investigate the effect of Se precursor on the characterization of the CdSe NCs. The name of the A160, A180 is called samples, and A240, respectively. Their UV-vis absorption and PL spectra are shown in Figure 2. We observed a red shift as reaction continued with all samples. If the injection Se precursor at a higher temperature, the reaction of CdSe growth went even faster. The absorption peak of NCs CdSe shift from 573 nm to 630 nm after 1 min when injected the higher heating Se-ODE precursors, respectively. Because more precursors were used to form the nuclei in the early stages but with heating Se-ODE at the oC 200, 220, 240 he became oC the oC of the Se becomes badly it shows in Figure ... its PL only reach 582 nm to 625 nm and the FWHM decreased after 3 min and it was narrow with A180 between 19nm 27 nm and broad with A200. A220 and A160. This result he became of Se-ODE 180 is effected to the high quality of CdSe NCs. was between 20 nm and 36 nm. That it to say, a large number of nuclei in the early stage.
