Vừa rồi, hãng Vietnam Airlines đã gửi cho Bộ Giao thông vận tải xin phê duyệt chủ trương góp vốn thành lập hãng hàng không theo mô hình công ty cổ phần trên cơ sở sắp xếp lại chi nhánh Tổng công ty Hàng không Việt Nam – Công ty bay dịch vụ Hàng không (Vasco).
Ở tỉ lệ góp vốn, Vietnam Airlines góp 55% vốn điều lệ, Công ty TNHH MTV quản lý quỹ Kỹ thương (Techcom Capital) góp 48% vốn điều lệ; CTCP phát triển dự án Techcomdeveloper góp 1% vốn điều lệ.
2 cổ đông Techcombank góp tiền mặt, tối thiểu 158 tỷ đồng; Tổng công ty góp vốn bằng tài sản hiện có do Vasco đang quản lý như đội tàu bay ATR 72, kho phụ tùng vật tư, động cơ dự phòng… tương đương 150 tỷ đồng.
