Dự án “Đổi mới chương trình đào tạo điều dưỡng dựa trên năng lực thực hành nghề nghiệp thuộc tiểu hợp phần 1.2 của dự án “Giáo dục và Đào tạo nhân lực y tế phục vụ cải cách hệ thống y tế” (HPET) tuân thủ các quy định hiện hành của Chính phủ về quản lý và sử dụng ODA ban hành tại Thông tư số 218/2013/TT-BTC của Bộ Tài chính Quy định về quản lý tài chính đối với các chương trình, dự án sử dụng nguồn vốn hỗ trợ phát triển chính thức (ODA) và vay ưu đãi nước ngoài của các nhà tài trợ và định mức chi tiêu ban hành tại Quyết định số 219/2009/TT-BTC quy định một số định mức chi tiêu áp dụng cho các dự án/chương trình sử dụng nguồn vốn Hỗ trợ phát triển chính thức (ODA), đồng thời phù hợp với các điều khoản trong Hiệp định vay vốn ký với WB, các hướng dẫn công tác quản lý tài chính – kế toán trong Sổ tay hướng dẫn thực hiện Dự án.
