- Nhận lịch cung cấp bê tông xi măng từ Phòng kinh doanh Công ty
- Liên hệ với khách hàng qua điện thoại để kiểm tra đơn đặt hàng có thay đổi như lịch đã đăng ký ban đầu hay không (về Mác bê tông, phụ gia, độ sụt, khối lượng, thời gian giao hàng…) và thông báo ngay cho nhân viên bán hàng phụ trách khách hàng đó những thay đổi giờ chót (nếu có).
- Liên lạc với các phòng ban trực thuộc sản xuất như: Phòng kỹ thuật, Phòng vật tư, Phân xưởng sản xuất, Phân xưởng cơ điện…để kiểm tra chắc rằng khâu chuẩn bị đã được sẳn sàng phục vụ cho sản xuất
