In recent years, the presence of the bacteria Escherichia coli mutant yeast β-lactamase-born broad spectrum (ESBL-E. coli) has cause many diseases dangerous to humans, bacteria are resistant to many types of antibiotics, including the antibiotics have a broad antimicrobial spectrum made it difficult in treatment of the disease. So, the research was done with the purpose to determine the ratio of infected ESBL-E. coli on different locations and reviews of antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria to ESBL-E. coli. The study sample 39 isolated from fish intestine, the result recorded 11 strains of ESBL-E. coli (11/45 strains of Escherichia coli) from 15 samples of Pangasius (Pangasius hypophthalmus have been classified), 15 samples of fish sculptures made of pink (Oreochromis sp), 3 samples of fish (Channa striata) on different locations in the teeth, the OMON. In addition, antibiotic results map shows rate of antibiotic resistance in a high 90.9% with the antibiotics kanamycin, gentamycin, tetracylin:, ciprofloxacin, nalidixix acid, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, highly sensitive bacteria with meropenem (27.3%), especially the 10/11 detect the strains of bacteria resistant to multiple kinds of antibiotics on the 7.
