SUMMARYThis research is on salaries, wages and bonuses at the CMC company JOINT STOCK COMPANY. It was first intended to provide insights about salary, bonus, their theory and definition of roles is an important component of an employee compensation plan. After that, it will consider the application, the achievements and limitations of the regime at the CMC company JOINT STOCK COMPANY, as an illustration for the academic background. Then, proposals and solutions will be launched to improve the mode of payment of employees in the company. In General, this research can contribute to the codification and improve payment mode of salary, wages and bonuses at the company. Hopefully, better systems in many other business can be done, with the adjustment for the personal circumstances of each business.
