[4] Đề nghị đơn vị thi công đúng tiến độ và công tác quản lý chất lượng công trình cũng như giữ vệ sinh được đảm bảo;
[5] Chúng tôi lo lắng về việc bảo vệ kênh khi đi vào hoạt động dựa án. Như kênh Nhiêu Lộc – Thị Ngè, xây dựng xong rất đẹp nhưng chất lượng nước kênh vẫn bị ô nhiễm. Hiện nay, vẫn còn nhiều người dân thiếu ý thức vứt rác bừa bãi gây nghẹt cống và ô nhiễm kênh rạch. Chúng tôi mong muốn được giải quyết dứt điểm tình trạng này để đạt tối đa hiệu quả của dự án khi đi vào hoạt động;
- Quận 12:
[6] Khu vực của chúng tôi sống, một vài nơi có hệ thống thoát nước thải từ 60 năm nay, một số nơi còn lại thoát nước bằng mương tự nhiên nên khi dự án thực hiện các mương này có thể bị lấp đi. Chúng tôi đề nghị dự án tham khảo tình hình thực tế tại các địa phương để nước thải không bị ứ đọng, gây ra ngập úng;
[7] Để làm được đẹp như kênh Nhiêu Lộc – Thị Nghè hôm nay, chúng tôi đề nghị cần phải có khảo sát thực tế thật kỹ càng kết hợp với ý kiến đóng góp của người dân để đưa ra phương án thiết kế tốt nhất;
[8] Đề nghị trước khi thực hiện dự án cần phải thông tin cho tôi biết cao độ mặt đường bao nhiêu, cao độ nhà chúng tôi bao nhiêu để khi làm kênh xong nhà chúng tôi không bị ngập nữa;
[9] Tham khảo trong tờ thông tin, thành phố bị ảnh hưởng bởi triều cường và mưa (biến đổi khí hâu) gây ngập úng. Dự án có hạng mục xây đê bao và cống ngăn triều nhưng tôi cho rằng có thêm nhà máy bơm thoát nước khi triều cường và mưa sẽ rất hiệu quả;
[10] Mỗi khi mưa lớn thì ở đâu cũng ngập, nhưng tôi nghĩ chúng ta nên đầu tư giải quyết tình trạng này tại trung tâm thành phố trước để bộ mặt thành phố được cải thiện còn kênh này làm sau;
- Huyện Bình Chánh:
[11] Tôi cho rằng, ngập úng ko phải là rủi ro mà là do các nguyên nhân sau đây: nền kinh tế kém phát triển, ý thức của người dân, những cán bộ thoái hóa cho phép xây dựng lấp kênh, lấn sông;
[12] Tại đường B3, Ấp 3, Xã Tân Kiên: kênh thoát nước thủy lợi bị lấp giữa kênh nên khu vực bị ngập nghiêm trọng. Đề nghị phải khắc phục tình trạng này không phải do rủi ro;
[13] Về khoa học, kỹ thuật, thiết kế và bản vẽ không thuộc chuyên môn của chúng tôi nhưng chủ trương của chúng tôi là hoàn toàn nhất trí. Vì Bình Chánh đang rất ngập và được biết thời gian thực hiện dự án từ năm 2016 – 2021 là rất dài;
[14] Dự án có thiết kế âu thuyền, mỗi khi triều lên cống ngăn triều đóng lại cho nước từ âu thuyền chảy vào, vậy đề nghị cao trình của hạng mục này phải đủ cao để không gây ngập úng ảnh hưởng đến nhà dân xung quanh;
- Quận 8:
[15] Khi cống ngăn triều được mở ra, nước từ kênh thoát ra chỗ khác làm ngập úng ảnh hưởng đến ruộng lúa, hoa màu của người nông dân. Đề nghị các cơ quan chức năng nghiên cứu thật kỹ khi đầu tưu xây dựng hoặc bổ sung nhiều con kênh nữa để chứa nước;
[16] Cần phối hợp với tổ dân phố từng địa phương để đẩy mạnh công tác tuyên truyền nâng cao nhận thức người dân về việc bảo vệ môi trường và giảm ngập;
[17] Đường An Dương Vương đang bị ngập nặng nề. Đề nghị thành phố nên giải quyết tình trạng này ở các tuyến đường huyết mạnh.
