I really need your advice and I thought you are the right person to ask since you have been working in the personnel department for more than 3 years. The employer asked for a second interview. The manager was alright with the amount I said. Do you think I should ask for a higher salary the next time I meet the manager or should I keep to what I had first said. Give me some advice on the appropriate course of action so the manager doesn't get me wrong.
