Trong quá trình thực hiện CSR của Kinh Do thì những văn bản hướng dẫn đi kèm cũng chưa được rõ ràng, dễ hiểu; cùng với đó các văn bản hướng dẫn thực thi những chính sách của pháp luật hay những quy định, những chính sách của công ty tới toàn bộ CBCNV cũng chưa được đồng bộ, chi tiết nên việc thực hiện bị sai lệch đi rất nhiều. Điều đó dẫn đến hiệu quả thực hiện công việc là chưa cao.
