Phong Nha-Ke Bang is located in a limestone area about 200,000 ha in the territory of Vietnam, the Lao territory area adjacent to the Park also has an area of about 200,000 hectares of limestone mountains. The core area of the Park is a wide buffer zone and 85754 ha of 195,400 ha [4]. August 2013, the Prime Minister had decided to expand the park up 1233.26 km2 [1]. This National Park was established to protect one of the world's largest Karst region with about 300 caves and preserve Northern ecosystems in the North-Central Vietnam, [5] [6]. Features of the Park is the karst cave, 300, the subterranean River and rare flora and fauna is located in the Red data book Vietnam and world red list. The caves here have a total length of over 80 km but the British cave explorers and Vietnam Explorer only 20 km, out of which 17 km in Decent areas and 3 km in the Ke Bang area.
