Trong vòng [...] tháng kể từ Ngày Hợp đồng có Hiệu lực, Nhà thầu sẽ trình Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt danh mục các Luật và Tiêu chuẩn, hoặc một phần danh sách, mà các Luật và Tiêu chuẩn này sẽ chi phối thiết kế, sản xuất, kiểm tra tại xưởng, vận chuyển, cung cấp, thi công, chạy thử nghiệm, kiểm tra độ tin cậy và Kiểm tra Vận hành của Thiết bị

Within [...] months from the date the contract takes effect, the contractor will submit the investor approval of the list of rules and standards, or a part of the list, which the law and standards will govern the design, manufacture, testing in the factory, transportation, supply, construction, testing, reliability testing and checking the operation of the equipment

Within [...] months from the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall submit for approval Investor portfolio and Standards Act, or part of the list, which the Law and Standards will dominate design, manufacture, inspection at the factory, transportation, supply, construction, commissioning, test reliability and inspection of Equipment operator
