• Quản lý việc xây dựng và ban hành hệ thống văn bản định chế ( văn bản quy định, hướng dẫn chế độ, chính sách) của Maritime Bank, bảo đảm mọi hoạt động của Maritime Bank tuân thủ các quy định của Pháp luật.
• Cập nhật, theo dõi và cung cấp thông tin, tài liệu, văn bản quy phạm Pháp luật trong phạm vi hệ thống. Tham mưu cho Hội đồng Quản trị, Ban Điều hành trong việc góp ý xây dựng văn bản pháp quy và kiến nghị các cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền sửa đổi, bổ sung các quy địndh của pháp luật nhằm tạo hành lang pháp lý ổn định và phù hợp với hoạt động của Ngân hàng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

• Manage the construction and enactment system of text processing (text rules, guidelines, policies) of Maritime Bank, ensuring all activities of Maritime Bank in compliance with the provisions of the law.• To update, monitor and provide information, materials and legal documents within the system. Advised the Management Board, the Executive Committee of the comments formulated legal documents and recommendations to the competent State agencies revise, supplement the địndh rules of law in order to create a stable legal and in line with the Bank's activities.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

• Manage the development and promulgation of institutional text system (IRR, guiding the policies) of Maritime Bank, ensuring all activities of Maritime Bank to comply with the provisions of law.
• Update, monitor and provide information, documents, legal documents within the system. Advising the Board of Directors, Executive Committee of constructive suggestions for legislation and recommendations of the State agencies competent to amend and supplement the provisions of law dindh to create stable legal framework and consistent with the Bank's activities.
