The right to work is a fundamental right that lies in a group of women's labour rights in General, disabled women in particular. Ensuring the right to work for disabled women in the area of official contributions workers make to the women disability economic autonomy, advanced placement, role in society, towards a social barrier. Currently there were many advocates, legal policy, expressed the interest of the party and the State on this issue, however still exist, certain restrictions. The article focuses on the problem analysis under the angle the policy laws in three aspects: the right to approach the job opportunities; the principle does not suffer discrimination in employment; the right to expand employment opportunities, increase income. From there, the author brought out a number of proposals and solutions to improve laws on ensuring the right to work of disabled women
