Quyền được làm việc là một quyền cơ bản nằm trong nhóm quyền lao động của phụ nữ nói chung, phụ nữ khuyết tật nói riêng. Bảo đảm quyền được làm việc cho phụ nữ khuyết tật trong khu vực lao động chính thức góp phần tạo cho phụ nữ khuyết tật tự chủ về kinh tế, nâng cao vị trí, vai trò trong xã hội, hướng đến một xã hội không rào cản. Hiện nay đã có nhiều chủ trương, luật pháp chính sách, thể hiện sự quan tâm của Đảng và Nhà nước về vấn đề này, tuy nhiên vẫn còn những tồn tại, hạn chế nhất định.
Bài viết tập trung phân tích vấn đề trên dưới góc độ luật pháp chính sách ở ba phương diện: Quyền được tiếp cận cơ hội có việc làm; nguyên tắc không bị phân biệt đối xử trong việc làm; quyền được mở rộng cơ hội việc làm, tăng thu nhập. Từ đó, tác giả đưa ra một số đề xuất, giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật về bảo đảm quyền được làm việc của phụ nữ khuyết tật

The right to work is a fundamental right that lies in a group of women's labour rights in General, disabled women in particular. Ensuring the right to work for disabled women in the area of official contributions workers make to the women disability economic autonomy, advanced placement, role in society, towards a social barrier. Currently there were many advocates, legal policy, expressed the interest of the party and the State on this issue, however still exist, certain restrictions. The article focuses on the problem analysis under the angle the policy laws in three aspects: the right to approach the job opportunities; the principle does not suffer discrimination in employment; the right to expand employment opportunities, increase income. From there, the author brought out a number of proposals and solutions to improve laws on ensuring the right to work of disabled women

The right to work is a fundamental right in the group of women's labor rights in general, women with disabilities in particular. Ensuring the right to work for women with disabilities in the formal labor sector contributes to women with disabilities economic autonomy, enhancing the position and role in society, towards a society without barriers shallow. Currently there are many guidelines and policies legislation, expressing the concern of the Party and State on this issue, however, still exist, certain limitations.
The paper focuses on the problem analysis in view of laws and policies in three ways: the right to access to employment opportunities; the principle of non-discrimination is in the making; the right to expand employment opportunities and increase income. Since then, the author gives some suggestions and solutions to improve the law on ensuring the right to work of women with disabilities
