Trong quá trình sản xuất bên A có quyền kiểm tra và yêu cầu bên B sản xuất theo đúng mẫu sản phẩm đã thỏa thuận bắt đầu từ ngày đưa nguyên liệu vào sản xuất (nếu cần).

Nếu giao theo đợt thì:

- Ghi đầy đủ các thông số cụ thể như:tên hàng, nơi sản xuất, định lượng, hướng dẫn sử dụng, thành phần, ngày sản xuất, hạn sử dụng, cảnh báo về an toàn thực phẩm. Được ghi bằng tiếng việt hoặc tiếng anh với nội dung và kích thước của chữ tương đương nhau.
- về màu sắc của chữ, ký hiệu và hình ảnh trên nhãn: phải rõ ràng.
- Bên A cam kết và chịu trách nhiệm về việc sử dụng nhãn hiệu hàng hoá và tên gọi, xuất xứ hàng hoá ghi trên bao bì sản phẩm. Và chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết các tranh chấp có liên quan đến việc sử dụng các nhãn hiệu và tên gọi xuất xứ hàng hoá đó. Bên B chỉ sản xuất và xuất khẩu theo sự hướng dẫn của bên A.
- Hàng hoá do bên A đặt gia công có xuất xứ tại Việt Nam.
- Bên B phải đảm bảo nhãn hiệu, thương hiệu của sản phẩm, không được để sản phẩm có in logo của nhãn hiệu này tại thị trường thế giới và ngay cả thị trường Việt Nam trước khi sản phẩm này tung ra thị trường
 đóng gói: bên A sẽ cung cấp chai nhựa và chai thủy tinh dung tích 300ml cho bên B. hai bên cần kiểm tra cụ thể khi nhận hàng và nguyên liệu.
