Bên A thực hiện thanh toán chuyển khoản cho bên B toàn bộ giá trị hàng hóa theo từng đơn đặt hàng trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi nhận được toàn bộ số hàng theo đơn đặt hàng và hóa đơn tài chính hợp lệ do bên B cung cấp căn cứ vào đơn đặt hàng, biên bản giao nhận hàng giữa hai bên
