b) Sử dụng trong nhà
- Đặt máy nơi thoáng gió, hoặc làm một đường ống dẫn khí thải ra ngoài, khi máy hoạt động nên mở cửa phòng.
Chú ý: Khi đấu vào và khí đầu ra của khí thải luôn luôn cách chướng ngại vật 1.5m.





















 Các nguyên tắc an toàn trong bảo trì, sửa chữa:

a) Chỉ có người có chuyên môn mới được kiểm tra, bảo trì và sửa chữa máy phát điện.
b) Luôn đeo khẩu trang, găng tay và mặc quần áo bảo vệ khi bảo trì và sửa chữa máy phát điện
c) Không được sờ vào máy phát điện hoặc tải khi tay ướt.
d) Nên giữ tay, tóc, quần áo cách xa các bộ phận máy phát như: quạt động cơ, dây đai, rôto khi máy hoạt động.
e) Không nên hít thở khí độc bốc ra.
f) Tắt máy và làm mát trước khi kiểm tra hoặc thêm nhiên liệu.
g) Không được hút thuốc khi kiểm tra hay bổ xung nhiên liệu.
h) Quan sát cực tính đúng (+ , -) nguồn ắc quy, không dùng nguồn ắc quy nhỏ.
j) Sử dụng thiết bị có khả năng thích hợp để nhấc hoặc hỗ trợ được máy phát điện.


*) Kiểm tra trước khi nổ máy
a) Kiểm tra dầu bôi trơn:
- Tháo thước thăm dầu ra và lau sạch rồi cắm lại để kiểm tra mức dầu. Mức dầu tốt là dầu tới vạch trên của thước đo. Khi đổ dầu bôi trơn phải chú ý sử dụng đúng chủng loại dầu bôi trơn và dung tích.

- Vặn chặn thước thăm dầu trước khi nổ máy.

3.2.2 Trình tự vận hành với màn hình điều khiển CGC413
Sau khi tiến hành và hoàn thành các bước kiểm tra nếu không có hiện tượng bất thường nào thì tiến hành nổ máy theo cắc bước sau:

 Vận hành bằng tay:
Ngắt toàn bộ tải tiêu thụ ra khỏi máy phát bằng cách đóng Attomat.
Sau khi đã sẵn sang thì bật chìa khóa rồi tiến hành theo quy trình sau:

Máy phát sẽ tự động chế độ sấy nóng động cơ sau đó tự động đề nổ.
Cho động cơ hoạt động không tải ổn định từ 30s - 1 phút, quan sát bảng điều khiển kiểm tra các thông số.
Nếu không có bất thường thì kết nối các thiết bị tiêu thụ điện với máy phát bằng cách bấm phím đóng điện máy phát hoặc đóng Attomat cung cấp cho tải.

PHẦN 4: HƯỚNG DẪN BẢO TRÌ BẢO DƯỠNG MÁY PHÁT ĐIỆN

Để tăng tuổi thọ của máy người sử dụng nên chú ý tới thời gian hoạt động của máy để tiện theo dõi và tiến hành bảo dưỡng định kỳ.

4.1 Làm sạch lọc gió
- Luôn giữ lõi lọc gió sạch sẽ, nếu lõi lọc gió bẩn sẽ làm giảm công suất động cơ.
Chú ý: Không chạy máy nếu như thiếu lọc gió. Nếu máy phát điện hoạt động trong môi trường nhiều bụi thì thường xuyên phải vệ sinh hơn.


4.2 Thay dầu bôi trơn
Nổ máy chạy không tải đến khi đủ ấm, sau đó tắt máy bắt đầu quy trình thay như sau:
Mở thước thăm dầu.
Dùng khay chứa dầu đặt dưới chỗ xả dầu, mở ốc xả dầu, xả xong thì vặn ốc lại đúng lực siết quy định.
Đổ dầu từ từ, tránh bị chảy loang lổ ra ngoài máy, dùng thước thăm dầu kiểm tra mức dầu, mức dầu bám đến vạch cao nhất là tốt.
Chú ý: Phải thay lọc dầu theo định kì, hoặc theo cách nhớ 02 lần thay dầu là 01 lần thay lọc.



4.3 Thay nước làm mát
- Cần thay nước làm định kì sau một khoảng thời gian làm việc, nêu két nước bị bụi bám vào bề mặt thì phải vệ sinh.
+ Nước làm mát là hỗn hợp bao gồm nước và dung dịch LCC.
