Trong trường hợp huỷ Hợp đồng và/ho

Trong trường hợp huỷ Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng, Bên Bán phải trả lại cho Bên Mua các khoản tiền mà Bên Mua đã thanh toán cho Bên Bán và Bên Bán phải chịu phạt hoặc bồi thường thiệt hại bằng tám phần trăm (8%) tổng giá trị Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng.
