Người học luôn được quản lí chặt chẽ, và có đủ điều kiện để phát huy khả năng học tập. Khoa luôn thực hiện theo các quy định cụ thể trong việc thực hiện theo dõi quá trình đào tạo, giám sát, hỗ trợ về mặt vật chất và tinh thần đối với người học.
