ĐIỀU 21: MỐI QUAN HỆ GIỮA HỢP ĐỒNG KHUNG VÀ HỢP ĐỒNG TRIỂN KHAI, HỢP ĐỒNG ĐẠI LÝ
21.1. Các quy định trong Hợp đồng triển khai, Hợp đồng đại lý là sự cụ thể hóa và tuân thủ các nguyên tắc được quy định tại Hợp đồng khung này. Trong trường hợp có sự mâu thuẫn giữa các quy định trong Hợp Đồng Triển Khai và/hoặc Hợp Đồng Đại Lý và Hợp Đồng Khung này, thì các quy định trong Hợp Đồng Khung này sẽ được ưu tiên áp dụng.
21.2. Hợp đồng triển khai, Hợp đồng đại lý chỉ có hiệu lực khi (i) Hợp Đồng Khung này có hiệu lực và (ii) được ký hoặc sửa đổi, bổ sung khi có sự chấp thuận bằng văn bản của VNPT.
21.3. Khi Hợp đồng khung được sửa đổi, bổ sung thì các nội dung tương ứng trong Hợp đồng triển khaiHợp Đồng Triển Khai, Hợp đồng đại lýHợp Đồng Đại Lý sẽ được sửa đổi, bổ sung theo sửa đổi, bổ sung của Hợp đồng khungHợp Đồng Khung.
