dưỡng, resort, trung tâm thương mại, vựa cây kiểng, đền, chùa, nhà thờ, các cơ quan, ... có nhu cầu.
6 Tư vấn, thuyết phục khách hàng và bán các mặt hàng :
a/ Các mặt hàng gốm sứ
b/ Các mặt hàng Nhựa (Poly)
c/ Các mặt hàng Đất đen
d/ Các mặt hàng Đất đỏ
e/ Các mặt hàng Gổ
f/ Các mặt hàng nhựa giả mây
g/ Các mặt hàng inox, sắt sơn tỉnh điện
h/ Ngói lợp mái các ngôi chùa, đình..
i/ Gạch chịu lửa, gạch tàu…
j/ Và nhiều nghành khác
Đối với những mặt hàng, chủng loại khó sản xuất. Tư vấn, thuyết phục khách hàng đặt những chủng loại dể sản xuất.
7 Tính đóng gói, bao bì cho sản phẩm ( hướng dẫn sau )
8 Xử lý hình ảnh, đăng lên website : www.loihung.com ( lấy từ nhân viên Đầu Vào )
9 Theo dõi và đề xuất lấy hóa đơn đầu vào để cân đối thuế (đối với hàng xuất khẩu) với kế toán trưởng
10 Làm Proforma invoice gởi khách
11 Theo dõi và hối thúc phòng thu mua đơn hàng chuẩn bị xuất ( Đơn hàng do mình phụ trách )
12 Liên hệ đặt pallet trước khi xuất đơn hàng 15 ngày.
13 Làm Invoice, Packing list, International Purchase Order và các giấy tờ liên quan trước và sau khi
xuất hàng, trình ban giám đốc ký tên, đóng dấu ( nếu có )
14 Kiểm tra, đối chiếu, so sánh giá các chi phí dịch vụ khai báo hải quan và đóng container.
15 Giấy tờ đã hoàn thành, chưa hoàn thành phải chủ động báo cáo đến ban giám đốc thường xuyên để có
hướng giải quyết.
16 Phải có ít nhất 1 khách hàng mới mua hàng trong tháng
