Trong vòng 03 ngày làm việc kể từ thời điểm Bên B hoàn tất việc lắp đặt Hàng hóa và thông báo cho Bên A, Bên A phải tổ chức nghiệm thu công việc lắp đặt và nghiệm thu hoàn thành bàn giao nhằm xác nhận khối lượng, giá trị của phần việc bên B đã thực hiện để làm hồ sơ nghiệm thu quyết toán. Nếu quá thời hạn trên mà Bên A và Khách hàng vẫn không thực hiện nghiệm thu mà không có lý do hợp lý được Bên B chấp nhận thì mặc nhiên xem như đã nghiệm thu rồi.
