ĐIỀU VIII: ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG
Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện đúng các điều khoản của hợp đồng kinh tế, chủ động thông báo cho nhau tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng. Nếu có vấn đề gì bất lợi phát sinh, hai Bên kịp thời thông báo cho nhau để thương lượng và cùng nhau bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác.
Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng, hai Bên có quyền thỏa thuận về sửa đổi bổ sung Hợp đồng. Sự thỏa thuận đó phải được lập thành văn bản như một Phụ lục của Hợp đồng và được hai Bên cùng ký xác nhận thì mới có giá trị thực hiện.
Trong trường hợp hai Bên không tự giải quyết được, một trong hai Bên có quyền đưa vụ việc đến Trung tâm trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam, chi nhánh Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để giải quyết. Quyết định của Trung tâm là cuối cùng và phải được hai Bên chấp hành nghiêm túc.
Sau khi hai Bên thực hiện hết các nghĩa vụ của mình theo các điều khoản trên thì hợp đồng đương nhiên được thanh lý.
Hợp đồng này được lập thành 04 bản, mỗi Bên giữ 02 bản có giá trị như nhau và có hiệu lực từ ngày ký kết.

This contract is made in 4 copies, each party keeping 2 copies have the same value and effect from the date signed.

ARTICLE VIII: GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Parties undertake to comply with the terms of the contract economics, proactively notify each progress of the contract. If there are any problems which arise, the Parties have notified each other in time to negotiate and discuss solutions together in a spirit of cooperation.
During the execution of the Contract, the Parties may agree to modify Endorsement Contract. The agreement must be made ​​in writing as an Annex to the Agreement and the Parties shall certify implement new value.
In case the two parties can not be resolved, either party has the right to refer the matter to the International Arbitration Centre Vietnam, Branch Ho Chi Minh City to resolve. The decision of the Centre is final and must be strictly abide by the Parties.
After both parties perform all of its obligations under the terms of the contract on course to be liquidated.
This contract is made 04 copies, each party holding 02 equally valid and effective from the date of signing.
