1.5 Trường hợp Nhân viên không thực hiện đầy đủ những quy định và thủ tục như trên trước khi nghỉ việc như vi phạm quy định về thời hạn thông báo trước hoặc không báo trước, không hoàn trả đồng phục, chìa khóa, các vật dụng khác, cũng như những thông tin liên quan đến công việc như hồ sơ, file điện tử.. thì Công ty sẽ yêu cầu nhân viên thanh toán/ bồi thường số tiền tương đương với mức độ thiệt hại mà Nhân viên vi phạm hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật và có thểđược cấn trừ với các khoản tiền mà Công ty sẽ chi trả cho nhân viên.
